On Tuesday, August 29th at 1:00pm, the Spencer School District will officially break ground on their new daycare facility.
The estimated $1.4 million facility will have both an infant and toddler room (up to age 3). “The need for childcare under 3 has been a stressor for many of our families,” noted Mike Endreas, Spencer School District Administrator, “We want to address that and provide a much-needed resource in our community and for our staff.” The Boson Company was selected as the construction manager and general contractor on the project earlier this year.
“This is a great local project I am proud to be a part of,” stated Nick Anderson, Project Manager with Boson Company. “As a parent, I know the value of quality childcare. I think it is great that Spencer is taking initiative to help their staff and families.” The daycare will be located at 300 School Street, Spencer, WI.
