Bryan Michael Dahl, age 43, of Granton, Wisconsin, passed away at his home on November 1, 2026.

Bryan was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, to Gary and Marjorie Dahl. He graduated from Granton Area High School and went on to earn a degree in Farming Operations from Mid-State Technical College.

Bryan will be fondly remembered for his love of farming, his quirky sense of humor, and, of course, his endless supply of terrible puns. His family would like to share one in his honor, as it seems only fitting that Bryan should get the last laugh:

“It is UDDERLY ridiculous that Bryan has MOOO-ved on. You may have HERD that he was legen-DAIRY. He CUD really MILK a joke.”

It should be noted, however, that Bryan actually did not like milking cows.

Bryan is survived by his father, Gary Dahl; his sisters, Shana (Richard) Tischaefer and Lori (David) Brown; and his niece and nephews, Alexander, Grace, and Nathaniel.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Dahl; his paternal grandparents, Erlin and Irene Dahl; and his maternal grandparents, Emil and Lorraine Schlinsog.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 7, 2026, at Zion American Lutheran Church in Granton, Wisconsin. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at the cemetery adjacent to the church, followed by a luncheon.

Bryan’s memory will live on through the laughter he shared, the lives he touched, and the countless memories made along the way. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.

Gesche Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting Bryan’s family with funeral arrangements.
