18-Year-Old Killed in One Vehicle Crash at HOG Corners

One person is dead after the SUV they were driving was involved in a crash at the intersection of CTH H, CTH O and CTH G, HOG corners, in the town of Weston.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call of the crash at about 12:37 PM, on Saturday June 13th, 2026. Initial investigation indicates that the SUV, a Chevy Equinox, was north bound on CTH G and entered the intersection of CTH H, CTH O, and CTH G. The SUV failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a Ram pickup truck broadside as it was traveling west.

Both vehicles came to rest in the ditch northwest of the intersection. The pickup driver, Richard Jacobs, 52 years old, was transported to the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield with serious injuries. The SUV driver, Sebastian Humphrey Whiting-O’Keefe, 18 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene. Sebastian was not wearing a seatbelt and was the sole occupant in the SUV.

The Neillsville Area Fire and Ambulance Service responded to the scene with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Neillsville Police Department, the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Wisconsin DNR, Life Link Helicopter, and the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

The investigation of the crash is continuing by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the Clark County Coroner’s Office and State Patrol. This is Clark County’s 2nd traffic fatality of 2026.
