Hestia is the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter Pet of the Week. She is an 8-month-old, domestic, short-haired, mixed kitty and she is spayed. She had this to say about herself: “Hi, I’m Hestia! I’m a cute seven-month-old girl who has had a bit of a rough start. I arrived here with three other kitties and we didn’t have the best nutrition in our past life.”
“That led to some health issues, but I’m happy to say those are all cleared up now and I’m feeling great! My friends have all found their homes, and I am the last one waiting for my turn. I’m a quirky, funny little lady, and while it might take me a hot minute to warm up to new people, I promise I am worth the wait.”
“Once I trust you, I give the best snuggles and absolutely love to be held. I get along wonderfully with other kitties and would do very well in a home with feline siblings to keep me company. If you have a little patience and a lot of love to give, I’m ready to be your new best friend. Apply to visit me today!”
Adoption fee is $100. BOGO adoptions! Adopt one cat or kitten and the second is FREE! They do not have open hours for public viewing of their adoptable animals. They are by appointment only. If interested in adopting, please complete the adoption application. Once your application is approved, an appointment will be scheduled to visit with your desired pet.
ONLINE APPLICATION can be found at: www.marshfieldpetshelter.org/adoption-application. All animals are vet examined, spayed/neutered and microchipped. If old enough, they receive routine vaccinations. FELV test available upon request.
