Tom Nook is the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter Pet of the Week! He is a 9-month-old, domestic, short-haired, mixed kitty and he is neutered. He had this to say about himself: “Hi, my name is Tom Nook and I’m a nine-month-old boy with a lot on my mind!”
“I absolutely love to make people laugh with my excellent conversational skills. In fact, when visitors come to see the other cats, they usually can’t get a word in edgewise because I have so much to say. I just can’t help myself-I firmly believe I don’t get nearly enough pets, and I want everyone within earshot to know about it!”
“I adore people, especially when all eyes and hands are on me. While I’ve been trying to make new friends at the shelter, my high energy and constant vocalizing seem to confuse the other kitties. If you have been looking for a wonderfully needy, entertaining boy to keep you company and fill your home with chatter, I am definitely the guy for you. Adoption fee is $100. BOGO adoptions! Adopt one cat or kitten and the second is FREE! They do not have open hours for public viewing of their adoptable animals. They are by appointment only. If interested in adopting, please complete the adoption application. Once your application is approved, an appointment will be scheduled to visit with your desired pet.
ONLINE APPLICATION can be found at: www.marshfieldpetshelter.org/adoption-application. All animals are vet examined, spayed/neutered and microchipped. If old enough, they receive routine vaccinations. FELV test available upon request.
