
A Vesper woman was arrested in Marshfield for various drug charges on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, around 1pm on Tuesday June 3rd, they were called to W. Upham St. where the caller had stated a verbal disturbance was taking place between a 37-year-old Vesper female and a 35-year-old Marshfield male.
While investigating the disturbance the female was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was resistive during the arrest procedure. She was later found to also be in possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
She was transported to the Wood County Jail. A request for charges on the female will be sent to the Wood County D.A.’s office for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC Subsequent Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
