Marshfield Common Council Seeking to Elect Commissioner to Serve on Utility Commission

The Marshfield Common Council seeks to elect a commissioner to serve a seven-year term on the Utility Commission.

The commission is comprised of seven public members from the area, and electric and water utilities serve it.  However, a majority of the commission must be city residents. Letters must be submitted to the City Clerk at 207 W. 6th St or e-mailed to Jessica.Schiferl@ci.marshfield.wi.us  no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

The first presentation of the candidates will be made before the Common Council on September 9, with the vote scheduled for September 23.
