He found great joy in his work as an Independent Painting Contractor, which started with an apprenticeship at the Local Painting Union Contractor at Alexander Hamilton and continued with him opening his own business called Cedar Creek Decorating in the Milwaukee area, creating beauty in spaces that others could enjoy. One could always find Scott cheering on his team, sharing the excitement and camaraderie of each game with friends and family.
In 2001-2003, he worked on the Lambeau Field renovation, and in 2004, Scott and his friend Roger Brown interviewed at Lambeau in marketing to sell products that they were making.
Beyond his work and hobbies, Scott was a man of many talents. Scott and Roger also worked together restoring and repairing automobiles. He was known as a great cook who loved to grill and smoke a variety of dishes, his culinary creations often becoming the heart of family gatherings. Scott was a generous man who always put others before himself, his kindness and compassion radiating out to touch all who knew him.
Scott was a man who kept to himself, but when you got to know him, he could really make you laugh, and then you would realize he really did have a heart of gold.
Scott is survived by his children: Christopher Warner, and Andrew (Heather) Warner; grandchildren: Van and Zoe; siblings: Keith Warner, Lisa (Mark) Warner, Roxane Warner (Mark), and Kyle (Mary) Warner; special friends Kelly Pulvermacher, Roger (DeeDee) Brown and Rusty Brown who was like a nephew to Scott.
